Afrah gets the Biology Summer Fellowship

After joining the lab in 2025 with a competitive WISER fellowship, Afrah was now awarded a Summer Fellowship to analyze genome data that she is collecting for a new species of deep-sea limpet! This will be the first reference genome for this group of gastropods, and a foundation for future comparative studies in deep-sea biodiversity and connectivity.
